  2. Director Grants: You will apply for and receive Director Grants to support our program. Grants are awarded based on the number of participants in the program and the type of performance category.
  1. Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all program participants and the amounts of Director Grants received. This information should be shared with program administrators on a regular basis.
  2. Communication: You will maintain regular communication with teachers, program administrators, and participants. This includes providing updates on program activities, deadlines, and other relevant information.
  3. Compliance: You will ensure that all program activities and communications are in compliance with program policies and guidelines, as well as local laws and regulations.
  4. Awards Distribution: You will coordinate with program administrators to distribute awards to program participants in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Evaluation: You will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement. This may involve soliciting feedback from participants and teachers, analyzing program data, and making recommendations for changes to program policies and procedures.
